  • Quotes and invoices — record full or partial payments, and set payment schedules.
  • Customers — your collectors, their purchase history, and a follow-up date that shows when it's due.
  • Locations and consignment — what's at each gallery or show, and the documents you send with the work.
  • Print stock and editions — the prints you hold at each venue, and a numbered register for limited editions.
  • Art walls and online galleries — hang a piece on a photo of your own wall (an AI-made wall uses 2 credits), or send a collector a private page, with a password if you want one.
  • Gallery mode — represent several artists in one inventory, with the artist on every piece. Pricing per artist is on Mac today; the Windows build follows.
  • Order forms — a page of pieces at retail or wholesale prices, with a link for each buyer. On Mac today; the Windows build follows.
  • Weekly backup — on by default: a copy of your inventory and settings, saved on your computer once a week when you open the app.

All of the above is included. Credits pay only for AI work, such as describing an artwork (1 credit, or 2 with Higher Quality) or making a wall photo with AI (2 credits each).

Subscription credits refresh each month. Need more in a busy month? Buy a credit pack anytime — they stack with your plan. The struck-through price is the list price; founding subscribers pay today's lower rate and keep it for as long as they stay subscribed, even after prices rise.

Quick answers.

Do credits expire?
Pack credits last 12 months from purchase. Subscription credits refresh each month — unused subscription credits don't roll over, but pack credits stack on top of your subscription anytime.
What's a credit?
One credit processes one artwork — AI description, tags, and export prep in a single run. Re-processing a piece with new settings uses a new credit, and the optional 2-Pass Quality mode uses two.
Will prices go up?
Yes. This is founding pricing for launch. As ARTVENTORY has grown past inventory — finance ledger, documents, CRM — rates will rise for new customers. Founding subscribers keep their rate for as long as they stay subscribed.
Is the app safe to install?
Yes. The Mac app is signed and notarized by Apple (Developer ID). The Windows installer is not code-signed yet, so Windows shows a one-time SmartScreen prompt — click More info, then Run anyway. Both check for updates automatically and back up your data weekly.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Tell me and I'll refund you — I'd rather have your feedback than your money. ARTVENTORY is built and supported by one artist, and that honesty policy is cheaper than a support department.
Do I need a subscription?
Not for the AI work: credit packs pay for it and last 12 months. For now, a pack on its own can export or list up to 5 artworks, the same as the free trial. To export more, subscribe. Subscriptions also include credits every month.
Where's my data?
In ARTVENTORY, synced between your desktop and your phone — same inventory wherever you’re working. If you want a spare copy, connect your own Google Sheet and it’ll back up there quietly. Most people never need it.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. You keep access through the period you've already paid for. Pack credits you've already bought are yours regardless.
